| Description | The Board of Directors of OKP Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that the tender for Contract ER449A for the construction of the viaduct from TPE to PIE (Westbound) and Upper Changi Road East (the "Contract") by the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Or Kim Peow Contractors (Private) Limited, had been accepted by the Land Transport Authority. The amount of the Contract is S$94,627,000 and the term of the Contract is from 23 November 2015 to 22 November 2019. The Contract is expected to contribute positively to, but has no material impact on, the earnings per share and net tangible assets per share of the Company and its subsidiaries for the current financial year ending 31 December 2015. None of the Directors has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contract. As far as the Directors are aware, none of the controlling shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contract.
