The Board of Directors of OKP Holdings Limited ("the Company") wishes to announce that the tender for Planned Maintenance of Roads in East Sector For A Period Of One Year by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Or Kim Peow Contractors (Private) Limited has been accepted by the Land Transport Authority ("the Contract").
The amount of the tender is SGD13,127,000.00 and the commencement date for the Contract is 5 August 2002. The project is expected to be completed by 4 August 2003.
The project is expected to contribute positively to the net tangible assets and earnings of the Company and its subsidiaries for the current financial year ending 31 December 2002.
