Further to the announcements made on 13 January 2004 regarding the Award of Tender for Contract No. RD100 -Planned Maintenance of Roads in East and West Sector for a period of Two Years and Contract No. RD109 - Painting and Cleansing of Road Related Facilities in East Sector for a period of Two Years by the Land Transport Authority to Or Kim Peow Contractors (Pte) Ltd and Eng Lam Contractors Co (Pte) Ltd respectively, the Board of Directors of OKP Holdings Limited ("the Company") wishes to add that these 2 contracts are expected to contribute positively to, but have no material impact on, the earnings per share or net tangible assets per share of the Company and its subsidiaries for the current financial year ending 31 December 2004.
