The Board of Directors of OKP Holdings Limited ("the Company") wishes to announce that Mr Sellakumaran s/o Sellamuthoo has been appointed Secretary of the Company in place of Ms April Glenys Tay who has resigned as Secretary with effect from 17 February 2006.
