Transfer Of The Listing And Quotation Of The Shares Of OKP Holdings Limited (The "Company") From Catalist To The Official List Of The Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (The "SGX-ST") Main Board (The "SGX Main Board")

The Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") is pleased to announce that the SGX-ST has today granted in-principle approval (the "AIP") for the transfer of the listing and quotation of the Company's shares from Catalist to the SGX Mainboard (the "Transfer") subject to an immediate announcement of the SGX-ST's AIP.

The Company will make a further announcement on the effective date of the Transfer.
