The Board of Directors of OKP Holdings Limited ("the Company") wishes to announce that all resolutions relating to the matters set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 3 April 2009 were duly passed at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today, and the resolution relating to the matter set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting dated 3 April 2009 was duly passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting held today.
