| Description | The Board of Directors of OKP Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that the number of issued ordinary shares of the Company has increased from 264,823,485 ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) to 264,839,485 ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) by way of the allotment and issue of 16,000 new ordinary shares pursuant to the exercise of 16,000 warrants at the exercise price of $0.20 on 5 October 2010. These new shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares of the Company, and they were listed and quoted on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited today.
