| Description | The Board of Directors of OKP Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that the number of issued ordinary shares of the Company has increased from 305,202,585 ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) to 305,244,585 ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) by way of the allotment and issue of 42,000 new ordinary shares pursuant to the exercise of 42,000 warrants at the exercise price of $0.20 on 8 November 2011. These new shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares of the Company, and they were listed and quoted on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited on 10 November 2011.
