| Description | The Board of Directors of OKP Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that the tenders for Contract ER442 and Contract ER443 under the Walk2Ride Programme (the "Contracts") by the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Or Kim Peow Contractors (Pte) Ltd, had been accepted by the Land Transport Authority. The aggregate amount of the Contracts is S$143,927,000 and the Contracts will commence on 2 February 2015 and will be completed by 1 December 2018 (ER442) and 1 February 2019 (ER443), respectively. The Contracts are expected to contribute positively to, but have no material impact on, the earnings per share and net tangible assets per share of the Company and its subsidiaries for the current financial year ending 31 December 2015. None of the Directors has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contracts. As far as the Directors are aware, none of the controlling shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contracts.
