| Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below) | The Board of Directors of OKP Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that the tender for the construction of road and drains at North Coast Avenue, trunk sewer at Admiralty Road West and North Coast Avenue and junction improvement at Attap Valley Road (the "Contract") by the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Eng Lam Contractors Co (Pte) Ltd, had been accepted by JTC. The amount of the Contract is S$11,684,000 and the Contract commences on 14 June 2017 and will be completed within ten months from the commencement date. The Contract is expected to contribute positively to, but has no material impact on, the earnings per share and net tangible assets per share of the Company and its subsidiaries for the current financial year ending 31 December 2017. None of the Directors has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contract. As far as the Directors are aware, none of the controlling shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contract.
