The Board of Directors of OKP Holdings Limited ("the Company") wishes to announce the resignation of Ms Tan Siew Cheng as Group Financial Controller with effect from 12 September 2002 and the appointment of Ms Ong Wei Wei as Group Financial Controller with effect from 12 September 2002.
