The Board of Directors of OKP Holdings Limited ("the Company") is pleased to announce the following:
(1) the tender for Additions of Single-Storey Workshops to Existing Industrial Development on Lots 5987 (Plot A3625) MK5 at No 13 Pandan Crescent Singapore 128469 by Or Kim Peow Contractors (Private) Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has been accepted by Tiong Woon Crane & Transport Pte Ltd.
Total Contract Sum: $1,330,000
Commencement Date: 24 August 2006
Completion Date: 30 November 2006
(2) the tender for the Proposed Design and Construction of Choa Chu Kang Park Connector (From Choa Chu Kang Park to Little Guilin) by Eng Lam Contractors Co (Pte) Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has been accepted by the National Parks Board.
Total Contract Sum: $2,667,000
Commencement Date: 1 September 2006
Completion Date: 31 August 2007
The total value for the above contracts is $3,997,000.
The above contracts are expected to contribute positively to, but have no material impact on, the earnings per share or net tangible assets per share of the Company and its subsidiary for the current financial year ending 31 December 2006.
