Proposed Placement Of Up To 13,600,000 Ordinary Shares ("Placement Shares") In The Capital Of OKP Holdings Limited (The "Company") At S$0.16821 For Each Share (The "Placement")

Further to the announcement made on 25 January 2007 and 2 February 2007 in relation to the Placement, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Placement Shares will be listed and quoted on the SGX-SESDAQ, and trading of the Placement Shares will commence with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 7 February 2007.
