Notification Of Results Release

For the Financial Period Ended: 31-03-2012

The Board of Directors of OKP Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to inform that the Company will be releasing the financial statements of the Company and of the Group for the first quarter ended 31 March 2012 on 8 May 2012 (Tuesday) after trading hours.

The financial statements will be posted on the Singapore Exchange website (www.sgx.com) and the Company's website (www.okph.com).
