Description The Board of Directors of OKP Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to inform that the Company will be releasing the financial statements of the Company and of the Group for the first quarter ended 31 March 2015 on 11 May 2015 (Monday) after trading hours.

The financial statements will be posted on the Singapore Exchange website (www.sgx.com) and the Company's website (www.okph.com).
