Description	The Board of Directors of OKP Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that the tender for Improvement to Roadside Drains V Contract C2 (Lorong 22 to 44 Geylang Areas) (the "Contract") by the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Eng Lam Contractors Co (Pte) Ltd, had been accepted by the Public Utilities Board. The amount of the Contract is S$17,987,000 and term of the Contract is from 27 June 2016 to 26 December 2018. The Contract is expected to contribute positively to, but has no material impact on, the earnings per share and net tangible assets per share of the Company and its subsidiaries for the current financial year ending 31 December 2016. None of the Directors has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contract. As far as the Directors are aware, none of the controlling shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contract.
