Contract 2 (D/003/05):

(A)Construction of Petir Road and Outlet Drain (Part 2)
(B)Road Repair and Resurfacing at Senja Road, Senja Link and Segar Road

Total Contract Sum: $4,237,000
Contract Period: (A) 21 February 2005 to 20 March 2006
(B) 21 February 2005 to 20 August 2005

Contract 3 (D/018/05):

Road Repair and Resurfacing at Pasir Ris Drive 1 (Part 2A), Drive 12 (Part 1A,1B & 2), Street 11(Part 2), Street 13, Street 21 (Part 2) and Road Bridge over Sungei Api Api along Drive 3

Total Contract Sum: $1,167,000
Contract Period: 16 March 2005 to 15 March 2006

Total Value for the above 3 contracts = $6,071,000

The above contracts are expected to contribute positively to, but have no material impact on, the earnings per share or net tangible assets per share of the Company and its subsidiary companies for the current financial year ending 31 December 2005.
