Corrigendum - Change In Director's Interest

Reference is made to the announcement by OKP Holdings Limited ("the Company") on 23 January 2008 relating to the Notice of Director's change in interest (Announcement no. 00096).

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to clarify that the number of shares which are subject of the aforesaid Notice should be 140,000 instead of 150,000 and the percentage of issued share capital should be 0.093% instead of 0.100%; and the number of shares held after the change should be 2,430,000 instead of 2,440,000 and the percentage of issued share capital held after the change should be 1.62% instead of 1.63%.
