Change Of Company Secretary

The Board of Directors of OKP Holdings Limited ("the Company") wishes to announce that Mr Sellakumaran s/o Sellamuthoo has been appointed Secretary of the Company in place of Ms April Glenys Tay who has resigned as Secretary with effect from 17 February 2006.

The Board wishes to thank Ms April Glenys Tay for past services rendered to the Company.
