Change Of Company Secretary

The Board of Directors of OKP Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that Mr Vincent Lim Bock Hui will be appointed as Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 30 January 2009 in place of Mr Sellakumaran s/o Sellamuthoo who has resigned as Company Secretary with effect from the same date.

The Board wishes to thank Mr Sellakumaran s/o Sellamuthoo for past services rendered to the Company.
