The Board of Directors of OKP Holdings Limited ("the Company") wishes to announce that the tender for contract no: URA/000/CS/0813 - Proposed Environmental Improvement Works at Siglap Village and Upper Serangoon Road and Along the Canal at Kampong Sireh ("the Contract") by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Eng Lam Contractors (Co) Pte Ltd has been accepted by the Urban Redevelopment Authority.

The amount of the Contract is SGD3,387,000. The commencement and completion dates of the Contract are as follows:
(a) Stage 1: Siglap Village (22 May 2009 to 21 January 2010)
(b) Stage 2: Upper Serangoon Road and along the canal at Kampong Sireh (22 May 2009 to 21 May 2010)

The Contract is expected to contribute positively to, but has no material impact on, the earnings per share and net tangible assets per share of the Company for the current financial year ending 31 December 2009.

None of the Directors has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contract. As far as the Directors are aware, none of the controlling shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contract.
