Date Of Release Of Second Quarter And Half-Year Financial Statements

The Board of Directors of OKP Holdings Limited ("the Company") wishes to inform that the Company will be releasing the financial statements of the Company and of the Group for the second quarter and half-year ended 30 June 2009 on 27 July 2009 (Monday) after trading hours.

The financial statements will be posted on the Singapore Exchange website (www.sgx.com) and the Company's website (www.okph.com).
