Date Of Release Of Third Quarter Financial Statements

The Board of Directors of OKP Holdings Limited ("the Company") wishes to inform that the Company will be releasing the financial statements of the Company and of the Group for the third quarter and nine months ended 30 September 2009 on 26 October 2009 (Monday) after trading hours.

The financial statements will be posted on the Singapore Exchange website (www.sgx.com) and the Company's website (www.okph.com).
