Description		The Board of Directors of OKP Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that the number of issued ordinary shares of the Company has increased from 247,334,408 ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) to 247,338,408 ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) by way of the allotment and issue of 4,000 new ordinary shares pursuant to the exercise of 4,000 warrants at the exercise price of $0.20 on 27 January 2010. These new shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares of the Company, and they are listed and quoted on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited today. There are 61,775,852 outstanding warrants remaining after the aforesaid exercise.
