Notification Of Results Release

For the Financial Period Ended: 31-12-2009

The Board of Directors of OKP Holdings Limited ("the Company") wishes to inform that the Company will be releasing the financial statements of the Company and of the Group for the fourth quarter and full year ended 31 December 2009 on 25 February 2010 (Thursday) after trading hours.

The financial statements will be posted on the Singapore Exchange website (www.sgx.com) and the Company's website (www.okph.com).
