The Board of Directors of OKP Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that the tender for the Final Premix Surfacing, Reinstatement and Ancillary Works at Tuas View Extension, Phase 1 (the "Contract") by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Eng Lam Contractors Co (Pte) Ltd, had been accepted by the Jurong Town Corporation.

The amount of the Contract is SGD5,177,000 and the commencement date is 10 March 2010. The Contract is expected to be completed by 9 June 2011.

The Contract is expected to contribute positively to, but has no material impact on, the earnings per share and net tangible assets per share of the Company for the current financial year ending 31 December 2010.

None of the Directors has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contract. As far as the Directors are aware, none of the controlling shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contract.
