Description The Board of Directors of OKP Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that the number of issued ordinary shares of the Company has increased from 260,926,533 ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) to 261,656,533 ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) by way of the allotment and issue of 730,000 new ordinary shares pursuant to the exercise of 730,000 warrants at the exercise price of $0.20 on 14 April 2010. These new shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares of the Company, and they are listed and quoted on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited today.

There are 47,457,727 outstanding warrants remaining after the aforesaid exercise.
