Description		The Board of Directors of OKP Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that the number of issued ordinary shares of the Company has increased from 262,507,783 ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) to 263,680,283 ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) by way of the allotment and issue of 1,172,500 new ordinary shares pursuant to the exercise of 1,172,500 warrants at the exercise price of $0.20 on 26 April 2010. These new shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares of the Company, and they are listed and quoted on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited today. There are 45,433,977 outstanding warrants remaining after the aforesaid exercise.
