The Board of Directors of OKP Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that the tender for the construction of roads, drains, sewers and ancillary works at Cleantech Park (Phase 1), road widening works at Nanyang Avenue and sewerage works along Jalan Bahar (the "Contract") by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Eng Lam Contractors Co (Pte) Ltd, had been accepted by Jurong Town Corporation.

The amount of the Contract is SGD14,497,000 and the commencement date for the Contract is 19 October 2010. The Contract is expected to be completed by 18 June 2012.

The Contract is expected to contribute positively to, but has no material impact on, the earnings per share or net tangible assets per share of the Company and its subsidiaries for the current financial year ending 31 December 2010.

None of the Directors, and as far as the Directors are aware, none of the controlling shareholders of the Company, has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contract.
