The Board of Directors of OKP Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that the tender for the improvement to roadside drains at Sunset Drive, Clementi Avenues and Tiong Bahru Road areas (the "Contract") by the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Eng Lam Contractors Co (Pte) Ltd, had been accepted by PUB.

The amount of the Contract is SGD5,337,000 and the commencement date for the Contract is 18 June 2012. The Contract is expected to be completed by 17 September 2013.

The Contract is expected to contribute positively to, but has no material impact on, the earnings per share and net tangible assets per share of the Company and its subsidiaries for the current financial year ending 31 December 2012.

None of the Directors has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contract. As far as the Directors are aware, none of the controlling shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contract.
