The Board of Directors of OKP Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that the tender for the Construction of East (North) Aircraft Parking Apron, Associated Taxiways and Ancillary Works at Seletar Airport (the "Contract") by the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Or Kim Peow Contractors (Pte) Ltd, had been accepted by Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd.

The amount of the Contract is S$39,827,000 and the commencement date for the Contract is 1 November 2012. The Contract is expected to be completed by 11 December 2014.

The Contract is expected to contribute positively to, but has no material impact on, the earnings per share and net tangible assets per share of the Company and its subsidiaries for the current financial year ending 31 December 2012.

None of the Directors has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contract. As far as the Directors are aware, none of the controlling shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contract.
