Description	The Board of Directors of OKP Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that the tender for a contract to improve roadside drains at Lorong 101-108 Changi Road/ Langsat Road, Hillview Avenue, Thomson Road, Jalan Teliti and Balestier Road/ Boon Teck Road Areas (the "Contract") by the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Eng Lam Contractors Co (Pte) Ltd, had been accepted by the Public Utilities Board. The amount of the Contract is S$19,227,000 and the Contract will commence on 30 April 2014 and is due for completion by 29 October 2016. The Contract is expected to contribute positively to, but has no material impact on, the earnings per share and net tangible assets per share of the Company and its subsidiaries for the current financial year ending 31 December 2014. None of the Directors has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contract. As far as the Directors are aware, none of the controlling shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contract.
