Description The Board of Directors of OKP Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that the tender for a contract to construct Stamford Diversion Canal, Contract 1 - Tanglin and Kim Seng (the "Contract") by the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Or Kim Peow Contractors (Pte) Ltd, had been accepted by the Public Utilities Board.

The amount of the Contract is S$50,627,000 and the Contract will commence on 18 June 2014 and is due for completion by 17 December 2017. The Contract is expected to contribute positively to, but has no material impact on, the earnings per share and net tangible assets per share of the Company and its subsidiaries for the current financial year ending 31 December 2014.

None of the Directors has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contract. As far as the Directors are aware, none of the controlling shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contract.
