Description	The Board of Directors of OKP Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that the tender for Improvement to Bukit Timah First Diversion Canal Contract 3 (Holland Green to Clementi Road) (the "Contract") jointly by the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Or Kim Peow Contractors (Private) Limited, and Chye Joo Construction Pte Ltd, had been accepted by the Public Utilities Board. The execution of the Contract will be undertaken by the joint venture company, Chye Joo - Or Kim Peow Joint Venture Pte. Ltd.. The amount of the Contract is S$146,486,297.76 and the Contract will commence on 5 May 2015 and be completed by 4 May 2018. The Contract is expected to contribute positively to, but has no material impact on, the earnings per share and net tangible assets per share of the Company and its subsidiaries for the current financial year ending 31 December 2015. None of the Directors has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contract. As far as the Directors are aware, none of the controlling shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contract.
