Description	The Board of Directors of OKP Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that the tender for the contract for extension of road, drain and sewer works at Woodlands Avenue 4 (the "Contract") by the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Eng Lam Contractors Co (Pte) Ltd, had been accepted by JTC Corporation. The amount of the Contract is S$12,727,000 and the Contract will commence on 16 October 2015 and will be completed by 15 June 2016. The Contract is expected to contribute positively to, but has no material impact on, the earnings per share and net tangible assets per share of the Company and its subsidiaries for the current financial year ending 31 December 2015. None of the Directors has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contract. As far as the Directors are aware, none of the controlling shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contract.
