Further Announcement On Acceptance Of Tender

Further to the Announcement made on 2 August 2002 regarding the acceptance by the Land Transport Authority of the tender for Planned Maintenance of Roads in East Sector For A Period Of One Year ("the Contract") by Or Kim Peow Contractors (Private) Limited, the Board of Directors of OKP Holdings Limited wishes to add that the Contract is expected to contribute approximately SGD4,500,000.00 to the revenue of the Company and its subsidiaries for the current financial year ending 31 December 2002.
