Additional Information For Award Of Tender

Futher to the Company's announcement on 21 March 2003 regarding the award of tender for Contract ER105 - Widening of Kim Keat Road from Balestier Road to Lorong Limau ("the Contract") the Board of Directors wishes to confirm that the Contract has no material impact on the earnings per share or net tangible assets per share of the Comapny and its subsidiaries for the current year ending 31 December 2003.
