One-Tier Tax Exempt Dividend

Further to the Company's full year financial statement and dividend announcement made on 3 March 2003, the Board of Directors of OKP Holdings Limited ("the Company") wishes to announce that the first and final dividend to be paid on 29 May 2003 is a one-tier tax exempt dividend.
