De-registration Of Dormant Associated Company

The Board of Directors of OKP Holdings Limited ("the Company") wishes to announce that Anhui SIN-HK Management & Consultancy Company Limited ("Anhui"), a dormant associated company of OKP Investments (China) Pte Ltd, has been de-registered from the Commercial Bureau of Anhui Province, the People's Republic of China. Anhui is 25% owned by OKP Investments (China) Pte Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.

The de-registration of Anhui is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings per share or net tangible assets per share of the Company and its subsidiaries for the current financial year ending 31 December 2005.
