Resignation Of Company Secretary

The Board of Directors of OKP Holdings Limited ("the Company") wishes to announce the resignation of Ms Wee Woon Hong as Joint Secretary of the Company with effect from 9 January 2006.

Ms April Glenys Tay remains as Company Secretary.
