(1) the tender by Or Kim Peow Contractors (Private) Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, in respect of the following contract:

Commencement Date : 1 April 2006
Completion Date : 31 March 2008

(2) the tender by Eng Lam Contractors Co (Pte) Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, in respect of the following contracts:

Contract 2: RD164

Name of Contract : Painting and Cleansing of Road Related Facilities in East Sector for A Period of Two Years

Total Contract Sum: $12,817,000
Commencement Date : 1 April 2006
Completion Date : 31 March 2008

Contract 3: RD167

Name of Contract : Maintenance of Expressway and Road Related Facilities for A Period of Two Years

Total Contract Sum: $10,867,000
Commencement Date : 1 April 2006
Copmpletion Date : 31 March 2008

The total value for the above contracts is $37,111,000.

The above contracts are expected to contribute positively to, but have no material impact on, the earnings per share or net tangible assets per share of the Company and its subsidiary companies for the current financial year ending 31 December 2006.
