Additional Information In Respect Of Announcement No. 00051 Of 15 October 2007

Reference is made to the announcement (Announcement no. 00051) by OKP Holdings Limited ("the Company") of 15 October 2007 on the award of contracts for the civil and piling works in respect of the SI Group Asia AP Project ("the Contracts") by Rotary Engineering Limited.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to add that the Contracts are not expected to have any material impact on the earnings per share or net tangible assets per share of the Company and its subsidiary companies for the financial year ending 31 December 2008.
