BCA Grading Of Or Kim Peow Contractors (Private) Limited

The Board of Directors of OKP Holdings Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that Or Kim Peow Contractors (Private) Limited ("OKPC"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has been upgraded to a A1 grade civil engineering contractor under the Contractors Registration System regulated by the Building and Construction Authority, which will allow OKPC to tender for public sector construction projects of unlimited value.

The net tangible assets and earnings per share of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2008 is not expected to be materially affected by the above upgrading.
