Proposed Covered Pedestrian Overhead Bridge Across Tampines Expressway Near Pasir Ris Blk 762 and IKEA/COURTS

Total Contract Sum: $3,529,000
Contract Period: 2 June 2008 to 1 August 2009

Contract 2: RP136

Ad Hoc Traffic Scheme Improvement Works in Central Area

Total Contract Sum: $4,950,000
Contract Period: 9 June 2008 to 8 December 2008

Total Contract Value for 2 projects = $8,479,000

The Contracts are expected to contribute positively to, but have no material impact on, the earnings per share or net tangible assets per share of the Company and its subsidiary companies for the current financial year ending 31 December 2008.

None of the Directors has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contracts. As far as the Directors are aware, none of the controlling shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contracts.
