Increase In Paid-Up Capital Of Eng Lam Contractors Co (Pte) Ltd

The Board of Directors of OKP Holdings Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that Eng Lam Contractors Co (Pte) Ltd ("EL"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has increased its paid-up capital from $5,000,000 to $6,600,000 by capitalisation of $1,600,000 from its retained profits.

The net tangible assets and earnings per share of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2008 is not expected to be materially affected by this increase in share capital of EL.

None of the Directors has any interest, direct or indirect, in the increase in investment. As far as the Directors are aware, none of the controlling shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the aforesaid transaction.
