Effective Date Of Transfer Of OKP Holdings Limited From Catalist To The SGX Mainboard

The Board of Directors of OKP Holdings Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that the effective date of the transfer of the Company's shares from Catalist to the SGX Mainboard will be on 25 July 2008 at 9.00 am. The transfer of the listing and quotation of the Company's shares to the SGX Mainboard will have no effect on the financial position of the Company and its subsidiaries.

The approval-in-principle of the SGX-ST is not to be taken as an indication of the merits of the transfer, the Company, its subsidiaries or their securities.
